The main areas involved include: protein new product development, protein process and equipment improvement, protein application, soybean peptide new product development, soybean oligosaccharide development, by-product treatment, protein nutrition and health, etc.
R & D investment
The technology center carries out more than 10 R & D projects every year, invests more than 10 million yuan in R & D, establishes a technology system and R & D system with independent intellectual property rights, currently has 27 authorized patents, participates in the formulation and revision of 3 national/industry standards, and formulates 20 enterprise standards; has 2 municipal enterprise technology centers.
